Q) if you could do a bb show anywhere, where would it be?
A) Arnold Classic in Europe!
Q) What is your favorite supplement?
A) Beverly International Ump Protein Powder! Yes. Vanilla flavor mixes into the best protein pudding. Add a little cinnamon and it's like ice cream. My crack while I'm dieting.
Q) Biggest obstacle you face competing?
A) Biggest obstacle is my size. I'm 4 ft 10 inches and all natural. It's very hard to compete at the national level cuz I'm much smaller than everyone. I can't beat them with size so I have to beat them with my conditioning and my symmetry. Plus trying to juggle my career as a nurse and being a mother to 3 busy kids. Hard to find the time. In order to do so I must sacrifice sleep. Plus with my son being in the autism spectrum it's much harder. Many more obstacles to face than your average mom.

A) Love it. I secretly love to show up these men in the gym.

A) No. I don't train with men
Q) So is it just having them see you lift and knowing it's more than them or more reps?
A) Right!
Q) It happen a lot?
A) Yes
Q) Do you have anyone you especially love training with?
A) Ruth Sicklesteel. My friend and training partner for the past five years. We don't train everyday. Usually try for once a week. She helps me with my posing and choreography of my posing routines.
