Having a hard time finding a workout routine that fits you? It's time to make one, from scratch, with one of the Midwest's most respected personal trainers, Sahnya Thom. Your workout times, location, areas of focus and intensity may not fit into the national big box chain's 'plan'. We will partner with you to create a plan that's a perfect fit! When you need adjustments to your plan, no problem, because it's your plan!
Our system uses online Skype or Google Hangout to design the program based on your schedule, your goals and your individual needs. Sahnya will talk to you about scheduling, guide you through specific exercises and be a constant resource for you. Some people do 100% of their Skype workouts while Sahnya gives instruction and some people get the initial instruction and then simply check back in with Sahnya for advice and feedback. There is no one "right" way, but we will help you find the best way designed around you. You also may decide to meet Sahnya in person to discuss the plan or organize a certain number of in-person meetings. During your initial meeting with Sahnya, you discuss what will work best and the journey begins. As you begin the process, you make the necessary adjustments because this isn't about a program it's about you.

About Sahnya:
Sahnya is widely considered one of the Midwest's best Public Speakers, Fitness Trainers, Martial Arts Instructors and a renowned Mind-Body Life Coach. Sahnya has earned a 6th degree Black Belt in Universal System's Karate and has been a Master Sensei for over twenty years. Her eclectic teaching and public speaking style engages all walks of life. She balances passionate touches of humor, wisdom, and compassion with directness and clarity. Sahnya's public speaking focuses mainly on handling life's transitions, improving relationships (with self, others, higher power, nature) and leading a mindful, fulfilling life. She uses her martial arts training in a traditional sense as the owner of Windhorse Warriors Martial Arts Club and also as a guide in all her other work. Sahnya weaves the lessons of martial arts into her work with relationship building, handling changes, and living a mindful life. As a Personal Trainer, Sahnya has worked with some of the area's best fighters as well as people who simply want to get in better shape. Sahnya is an elite athlete who has competed in kick boxing and been a National Champion Karate Point Fighter. Her true specialty when personal training is making the mind-body connection. The added stamina, flexibility and strength that her clients gain is channeled directly into reaching their true life goals. Sahnya is a Certified Personal Trainer through NESTA and has a Bachelors of Science degree in PsychoBiology from Ripon College and is a Masters Candidate in Clinical Psychology at Cardinal Stritch University.
In her extra time, Sahnya participates in calligraphy, watching movies, hiking, horseback riding, inter-faith and science dialogue, contemplative photography, writing, and laughing with her beautiful family and friends over the absurdities of life.
