How Does Whole Sacred Wellness Work?
Whole Sacred Wellness can be done in a one-on-one set up, a small group (Wellness Circle) or in a larger, public speaking setting. The specific aspects of Whole Scared Wellness that are addressed each session are determined collaboratively and tailored to fit the dynamics and needs of the person/group.
“Sensei Sahnya Thom was the perfect speaker for Alverno College’s student leadership conference. Her inspirational message “The Lions Roar” resonated with the students, who were still talking about Sahnya’s morning keynote at the end of the day. As the coordinator of the event I found Sensei Thom to be extremely professional and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Sensei Thom as a motivational and leadership speaker – she has a great deal of wisdom and passion to share with the world. The theme of our conference was “Learning and Loving Your Voice: Becoming an Effective Leader.”

Sahnya is knowledgable, helpful and responsive. She has a vast store of information in fitness, health, and psychology, and her classes are loved and well attended. It is a pleasure to work with her.
As a student taking a class from Sahnya, I experience unparalleled patience and caring. She takes her role seriously, and cares about how each student is developing. That's why even as a fitness professional myself, I am happy and eager to participate regularly in her classes. She also offers expertise in areas that I am seeking more knowledge and growth in: the martial arts, and meditation. I highly recommend her
