Sahnya is knowledgable, helpful and responsive. She has a vast store of information in fitness, health, and psychology, and her classes are loved and well attended. It is a pleasure to work with her.
As a student taking a class from Sahnya, I experience unparalleled patience and caring. She takes her role seriously, and cares about how each student is developing. That's why even as a fitness professional myself, I am happy and eager to participate regularly in her classes. She also offers expertise in areas that I am seeking more knowledge and growth in: the martial arts, and meditation. I highly recommend her
