Sahnya Susan Thom, is a Radiant Life Coach specializing in “whole” person transformation, mind-body fitness, and mindful connection to self and others. As the founder of Radiant Life Coaching and Deep Martial Artistry, she uses the lessons learned from 30+ years in Martial Arts, extensive Western academic studies and Eastern Wisdom to inspire people nationwide to reach their physical, mental, and spiritual heights. Sahnya has earned many titles including 6th Degree Master Martial Arts Black Belt and has fought and won in the ring in Thai Boxing, boxing, national karate point fighting champion, and has trained many fighters to succeed in full contact ring fighting. Sahnya is a renowned Meditation & Mindfulness Coach, Professional Personal Fitness Trainer, and Radiant Life Coach. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in PsychoBiology from Ripon College and is currently finishing her Master’s thesis in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. Her Master’s thesis proves to be thought-provoking work by researching the relevance of Eco-Therapy, Shamanism, and Nature Based Modalities in the psychotherapeutic model. Her Martial Arts students call her Sensei Thom showing her the respect of 32 years of persistent dedication and passion for preserving the deep Martial Arts path.
